Return and Refund Policy
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your GadgetKnower purchase. That's why we offer a user-friendly return and exchange policy.
Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We'll gladly replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.
- Change of Heart: You may return unwanted items within the return window, but a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Return Process:
- Initiate Your Return: To start your return, visit Return Centre within 5 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for unwanted items.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect items.
- Return Processing: Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our team.
Refunds:
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return (excluding return shipping costs for unwanted items).
- Gift Certificates: You can choose to receive a store credit (gift certificate) instead of a refund.
- Ineligible Returns: Certain items like custom-made products, health and personal care items, and downloadable software are not eligible for return.
Important Information:
- Inspect all orders upon arrival, especially high-value items exceeding $500. Immediately file a claim with the shipping carrier if you discover damage.
- Returns not received by our facility within 15 days of creating the return label are automatically closed. Contact us at [email address removed] if your return hasn't been processed after 15 days.
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate, depending on your desired refund method.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:
- Custom or Handmade Products: Items created according to your specifications or personalized in any way cannot be returned.

Health & Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on health and personal care items, including but not limited to:
- Medical Equipment
- Thermometers
- Vitamins & Supplements
- Beauty Products (once opened or unsealed)

Bed & Bath Products: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on Bed & Bath products, including:
- Mattresses
- Pillows
- Sheets
- Towels (once opened or unsealed)
- Downloadable Software Products: Due to their digital nature, downloaded software cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Sale Items: Discounted or sale-priced items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
